Pre-Orders
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We ask orders are placed at least 48 hours before the desired pickup date.
We can sometimes accommodate last minute orders. Please call the shop to coordinate.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours prior to the pickup date. Due to the perishable nature of these products, any orders cancelled after this period will not be refunded.
Do you offer delivery?
We are currently unable to offer delivery for our boards but plan to add this service soon!
Can I modify the ingredients on a board?
We will do our best to accommodate reasonable substitutions but are limited to seasonal and readily available inventory.
Pick Up Details
How do I pick up?
Pick up is available at our shop Tuesday - Saturday 11am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm. An option to select your pickup date and time will appear at checkout.
What happens if I forget to pick up my order?
We are unable to accommodate refunds or remakes of any orders if your pick up was missed.
